TMI @ AARP

onoz!A month or two ago someone sent me a link from AARP to help decode the slang being used by the kids today. Like, OMG, why would anyone put a list like this together.

I have to say that I didn't even consider it newsworthy until some of the adults associated with my youth group asked me over the weekend what TMI stood for. So I figured now would be a good time to publish a simple guide. It's not comprehensive by any means. It won't always keep you from being pwnd, but it will kick you in the right direction…

Here's the link that'll take you directly to AARP: Power of 50 – What Are They Talking About?
50 Words That Kids Think You Don’t Know

btw, the Urban Dictionary defines pwnd as "An internet chat language variety/version of the word "owned", used in the sence of beating/defeating/outclassing someone. Usually used in games such as Counter-strike or on messageboards when a user posts arguments or insults that can't possibly be counter-argued. "
