Ewwww. We just ate at Taco Bueno in Grand Prairie. Taco Bueno is like Taco Time – it's a regional competitor to Taco Bell. I grew up eating at Taco Bueno, but for the life of me I can't think why.
We had two #8s from the big picture menu. For the uninitiated a number 8 is 3 tacos. Just tacos. nothing else.
The tacos had a very good texture, but they had absolutely no taste. It was weird. They didn't taste bad. Or Good. They didn't taste at all. But they were crunchy. So what to say about tacos without flavor? just nasty.
The good Taco money is still on Taco Time. Altho I have to admit the Volcano Taco at Taco Bell is pretty hard to beat.
