Looks good to me! I like the retro green patterned background. The text is nice and big for these tired, old eyes to read. Topic points are nice and short, too, especially for one who has such a short attention spa... is that a squirrel?

Just a few criticisms/thoughts (remember, I put the "mental" in "judgmental"):

- The first line ("10 hour courses") made me think that the course is 10 hours long. There's nothing grammatically wrong with the phrase, it's just how my mind put the number with the noun. Nothing to really change, of course, just be aware that you may get a "I don't have time for a 10 hour class!" kind of comment

- The link to the site doesn't work (clicking the ad itself). It takes me to a "page not found". I'm guessing you control that page. I suggest you include a list of relevant links to the different sites you want people to see. The search field is nice (and it works, too!).

- The mouse-over text says "Fenixworks Ad". Like the link, I'm sure you're already planning on updating it. However, it's really easy to overlook. By the way, I think that's the text that Google indexes when it indexes graphics. So, you may want to give it a short description instead of a single word or two.

- Looking at the oregonlive.com site, I think your ad will stick out nicely. Will they provide some kind of metrics for you to prove how well that's working?

Looks great, the only thing I'm disagreeing with a little is I see ALOT of that green these days. I think you picked the haute green of the year. In DFW, anyway. I love the moving graphics, they're not too fast, easy to follow, and priddy!!!
Go Fenix!
