If you've never been in a room with Steve Jobs, then you've never been in his personal reality distortion field. They say he is so charismatic that he can sell anything (even Apple computers in a hostile pc environment).
This year he gave the commencement speech at Stanford. It's three stories, one about his past, another about his past and one about facing every day.
I think the third story is very powerful.

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
