I haven't said anything in my blog, but today is kind a cool for me.
I think there are two milestones to be celebrated today…
The 10 year low is my weight. For the first time in recorded history, I have been able to get below 210 lbs. sweet. I'm not seriously overweight, but I decided in November to start monitoring my weight and try eating right most of the time to see if I could lose some poundage. In January I was down 10 lbs from my November starting point of 222 lbs.
When I lived in San Francisco and worked out 3 or 4 times a week, and before that even, whenever I tried to lose weight, I could never get past 210 lbs. And this time around, I hit that plateau on Jan 24. Now, 20 days later, for the first time in my adult memory, I have managed to drop below 210lbs!
Granted, I'm only at 209.5, but it's the first time! Wahoo! If I think about it, I'll update the blog occasionally with my progress because I know all three of you that ever look here are intensely interested.
The second milestone is the 7 Year High. It's a good thing. And that being said, I'm going to leave the rest to your imagination.

Congrats! I think I have found *all* the weight you have lost.
